Terms and Conditions of booking Introduction to Digital Photography course and One to One Training:
All course materials remain the property of Vicki Head Photography Ltd and may NOT be reproduced without the permission of Vicki Head Photography Ltd.

This training or course is for beginners and hobbyist photographers and is NOT for professional photographers or for anyone intending to start a photography business in the future.

Attendees must agree not to start or offer any photography training in any way similar to a Vicki Head Photography Ltd’s, within a minimum two year period.

During the course or training, offensive, abusive or violent behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the attendee leaving the course. In such an instance there will be no refund.

Booking training with Vicki Head Photography Ltd signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

One to one training: One to one training is bought in blocks of time which can then be split into sessions accordingly, and take place by arrangement (usually at a mutually agreed venue or in the client’s home).

Introduction to Digital Photography: A booking fee is required to secure your place on the course, with the remaining balance due no more than two weeks before the start date of the course. If payment is not made on time then your place on the course may be given to another attendee and your booking fee will be retained. If you cancel more than two weeks before the start date of the course then you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, however your booking fee will be retained. Unfortunately should you need to cancel within two weeks of the start date the whole balance will be retained unless a replacement can be found, in which case you will receive a refund.
